The Playspace is an inclusive venue for play, innovation and experimentation in the centre of Glasgow
This evolving playground of artworks, ideas and people is at the heart of our organisation. It features multisensory installations, sound sculptures, interactive objects, technological innovations, a few sequins and some very comfy velvet bean bags. We’re designing a programme of activity in collaboration with the people who use the space that is open, accessible and inclusive.
Our playspace programme delivers sessions with ASN schools, early years audiences, disabled people of all ages, parents and carers and a growing collection of artists who use the space to make brilliant things happen.
We mostly run free events but schools and other community groups can also hire the space and commission us to facilitate sessions, workshops and projects. Get in touch to start a conversation.
